Orders & Shipping

After you've placed your order, we'll promptly notify you via email to confirm its receipt. Subsequently, another email will be sent to confirm dispatch, indicating our acceptance of the order. For Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email will also be dispatched. Your order will be finalized upon confirmation via email or mobile.

Dispatch of ordered product(s) may occur separately or simultaneously. Each product will undergo thorough inspection and packaging before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners. These partners will endeavor to deliver your package as soon as possible. If they encounter difficulty reaching the provided address or arranging a suitable delivery time, they will reach out to you to resolve the issue.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Please note that according to our shipping policy, complimentary shipping is exclusively provided for prepaid orders. Conversely, orders opting for cash-on-delivery (COD) will incur an additional charge of up to 100 rupees to cover shipping expenses. This policy applies to all transactions conducted on our platform.

365veda also ships international orders with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 days from order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
