Refund policy
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at hello@365veda.com or on +91 93300 60066
Once the cancellation request is acknowledged, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy:
The Company does not accept returns or initiate refunds unless:
- The product is damaged in transit, has physical defects, or the incorrect product is shipped. In such cases, please email us photos of the damaged/incorrect product within the specified time for us to process the request.
If you wish to return all or part of your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the products by contacting us at hello@365veda.com or on +91 93300 60066
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. Upon receiving the returned product, 365veda will inspect and validate the claim.
If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.
For online payments, the refund will be credited back to the source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.
